Block 1

Squat Primer is the perfect program for the beginner that wants to focus on and build their squat. This 8-week mesocycle has 3x sessions a week, and has a slight bias toward squat work but doesn't neglect the other primary lifts.

In these 8-weeks, you'll make huge squat gains while also progressing your other lifts so you don't skip a beat. The squat is a SKILL and building a strong foundation is key for long-term efficiency.

Squat Strength + Skill Acquisition

Push Pull Monster is the perfect bench press and deadlift intermediate program for the lifter that wants to build stronger deadlifts and presses. This program offers a blend of strength and hypertrophy work for deadlifts and bench presses and will take both of your lifts to the next level.

There are four sessions a week and each session lasts roughly an hour to complete.

Powerlift Beginner is the perfect program for the athlete that wants to start dipping their toes in the sport of powerlifting. This program will help you focus on nailing positions in the squat, bench press, and deadlift while building the body as a whole with useful accessories.

Powerlift Beginner

Oh, we bodybuildin' is the perfect program for the hypertrophy-focused lifter. This program is going to help you build more muscle mass over an eight-week block. Pair this program with a dietary surplus and you will undoubtedly add muscle mass to your frame.

This program DOES REQUIRE machines, so please make sure you attend a commercial gym or gym with machine availability before embarking on this muscle gaining journey!

The Everyday Athlete is the perfect program for the lifter and athlete that wants a blend of strength, hypertrophy, and power work in their training sessions. You will need equipment like med balls and sleds for this program.
